Booking Policy
Appointments
All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
Appointments are subject to availability.
Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Prices are listed per session and may include additional fees for house calls.
Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged 50% of the service price.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 100% of the service price.
Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next booking.

Full session price still applies.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.
No-Show Policy

Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full service fee.

Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
House Call Sessions

A house call fee applies to in-home services and is non-refundable once the therapist is en route.

Please ensure a clean, safe, and quiet space for the session.
Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or concerns before your session.

Services may be adjusted or declined for safety reasons.
Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Missed appointments booked with a gift card follow the same cancellation policy.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or end a session if a client behaves inappropriately or if the therapist feels unsafe.
